Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for approval.
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be returned in their original state. This means items should not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way, and all tags and packaging must still be included.
Starting a Return Request
To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@carolineclarice.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
- The reason for the request
Once your request is reviewed, our support team will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.
Please package the item securely before shipping it back to us. We recommend including your order confirmation or invoice inside the package to help us process your request faster.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Refund Processing
After your return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Approved refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a faulty item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@carolineclarice.com
In these situations, Caroline Clarice will cover any necessary return shipping costs and provide either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to you.
